The Public Works Director is hereby authorized to determine and establish zones and
time limits for the loading and unloading of motor vehicles in designated streets,
or portions thereof, in the City, which regulations shall become effective without
curb markings when appropriate signs are placed giving notice of said regulations
to the public. The zones authorized by this section shall include any or all of the
following: loading zone, bus loading zone, freight loading zone and passenger loading
zone.
