§ 3-2.1012. Removal of Vehicles Parked on Private Property.

Any regularly employed and salaried officer of the Police Department of the City, the owner of any private property, or the person entitled to the possession thereof for the time being, or the authorized agent of either may remove or cause to be removed any vehicle that has been parked or left standing on any private property in violation of Section 3-2.1011 of this article.
