§ 3-2.1004. Standing for Loading Only in Alleys.

No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any alley for any purpose other than for the loading or unloading of passengers or materials. The loading or unloading of passengers shall not consume more than three (3) minutes, and the loading or unloading of materials shall not consume more than twenty (20) minutes.
