§ 3-13.05. Penalties.

At the discretion of the City Attorney, violations of the provisions of this chapter may be prosecuted as criminal violations pursuant to title 1, chapter 2 of this Code, or processed administratively pursuant to title 1, chapter 6 of this Code.
