§ 3-11.27. Applicability to Existing Alarm Systems.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all alarm systems which were installed, connected, operated or maintained on or prior to the date on which this chapter becomes effective; provided, however, that the alarm permit user fee shall not apply to existing user permits that were issued prior to the enactment of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
