§ 2-4.101. Officers Bonded.

The following public officers of the City shall, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, execute to the City, a corporate surety bond in the following penal sums, conditioned upon the faithful performance of their respective duties, to wit:
City Clerk and City Auditor, a bond in the penal sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00).

Assistant City Clerk, a bond in the penal sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00).

Director of Finance, a bond in the penal sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
