§ 12-2.01. Establishment of Golf Courses.

The Council is hereby authorized and empowered to establish municipal golf courses from time to time within the City of Modesto. Said municipal golf courses shall be used and maintained for the benefit and entertainment of the public generally, subject however, to the rules and regulations contained in this chapter, and such further rules and regulations as the Council may hereafter adopt from time to time by resolutions.
