§ 12-1.08. Fees.

A landscaping and irrigation plan review fee shall be paid to the Chief Building Official when a plan review fee is requested. The landscape inspection fee for the inspection required in Section 12-1.06 shall be paid before the building permit is issued. The amount of both fees will be calculated by multiplying the total square footage of landscaped area times a rate determined from time to time by resolution of the Council.
