Chapter 5. REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR THE REMOVAL OF OVERHEAD UTILITY FACILITIES AND THE INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND FACILITIES IN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICTS.

§ 11-5.08. Nonapplication to Certain Types of Facilities.

This chapter and any resolution adopted pursuant to Section 11-5.03 hereof shall not apply to the following types of facilities:
(a)

Poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures used for the transmission of electrical energy at nominal voltage in excess of thirty-four thousand five hundred (34,500) volts;

(b)

Surface mounted transformers and meter cabinets appurtenant to underground facilities;

(c)

Temporary poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures used or to be used in conjunction with construction projects.
