Any State franchise holder erecting, installing, constructing, repairing, replacing,
reconstructing, and retaining in, on, over, under, upon, across and along the public
rights-of-way and public cables, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers,
property and equipment must comply with all applicable City construction codes and
regulations and obtain all necessary permits.
