§ 11-3.01. Spur Track Permits.

The Council may issue permits from time to time for the construction of spur, lead or side tracks over, across or along streets, and the operation of engines and cars thereof, for the purpose of connecting industries requiring spur track service with any line of railroad, upon such terms and conditions and subject to such regulations as may be set forth in such permits. All such permits may be granted by resolution and shall be revocable at the pleasure of the Council.
