§ 10-8.203. Calculating Affordable and Density Bonus Units.

In calculating the additional density bonus units to be allowed over what is allowed by the existing zoning of the site at the time of approval of the density bonus agreement, or the amount of affordable housing units to be required, any resulting fraction of a unit shall be rounded up to the next whole number.
