§ 10-8.105. Findings for Denial of Project.

Notwithstanding Section 10-8.104, the City shall deny the proposed development if either of the following findings is made:

(a)

The proposed development does not conform to the General Plan or applicable specific plan or zoning and development policies.

(b)

The proposed development would have a specific, adverse impact upon the public health or safety, and there is no feasible method to satisfactorily mitigate or avoid the adverse impact identified.
The above findings shall be made in addition to findings made under other sections of the Municipal Code.
