§ 10-4.108. Rear Setback.

(a)

The minimum rear setback shall be fifteen (15) foot for any building that backs up to a Major Collector, Arterial Street or Expressway.

(b)

The rear setback for detached accessory buildings shall be in accordance with side setbacks specified in 10-4.107 c.

(c)

On lots backing up to a Major Collector, Arterial Street or Expressway, the minimum rear setback for accessory buildings shall be fifteen (15) foot except when the accessory building is no higher than the required wall.

(d)

The minimum rear setback shall be five (5) feet for any garage, carport, or parking space with access off an alley. The garage or carport may be detached or attached.

(e)

The minimum rear setback for patios covers opened on three (3) sides shall be five (5) feet, except where the lot backs up to a Major Collector, Arterial Street or Expressway, where the setback shall be ten (10) feet.
