§ 10-2.183. Setback.

"Setback" is the minimum required distance that buildings, structures, and parking areas must be separated from any lot line.

(a)

"Front setback" is measured from the front lot line.

(b)

"Rear setback" is measured from the rear lot line.

(c)

"Side setback" is measured from the side lot line(s).

(d)

"Street side setback" is measured from the street side lot line.
