residential areas. The maximum size of one (1) store is eighty thousand (80,000) square
feet in floor area. Examples of these stores and the lines of merchandise include
but are not limited to: antiques, appliances (small scale), art supplies, art (art
gallery and studio), bakery, bicycles, books, cameras, clothing, computers, drugs
(drugstore or pharmacy), electronics, fabric (including upholstery material), flowers
(includes florist and nursery), food, furniture, gifts, hardware, housewares, jewelry,
liquor, luggage, musical instruments, office supplies, paints, pets, photographic
supplies, shoes, sporting goods, tobacco, toys, variety goods, and wallpaper.
