§ 10-2.120. Disability.

"Disability" means a person with: (1) a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one (1) or more of a person's major daily living activities, (2) a record of having, or being perceived as having, a physical or mental impairment, but not including current illegal use of, or addiction to, a controlled substance (as defined by Section 102 of the Federal Control Substance Act, at 21 U.S.C.
