§ 10-1.303. Procedures.

The Board shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman from its membership in accordance with Section 1104 of the Charter. In the absence or disability of either the chairman or vice-chairman, the Board may designate a chairman pro tempore. The Board shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting in each month. The Board shall adopt rules for the transaction of its business and shall keep a written record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations.
