§ 704. COUNCILMEMBER TO HOLD NO OTHER OFFICE.

No member of the Council shall hold any other municipal office or hold any office or employment the compensation of which is paid out of the municipal moneys, nor be elected or appointed to any office created or the compensation of which is increased by the Council while the person is a member thereof, until one (1) year after the expiration of the term for which the member was elected.
